About India HoReCa Expo (Coimbatore)
India HoReCa Expo is a business-to-business exhibition for hotels, restaurants and catering, organised by Synergy Exposures & Events India. The organiser describes it as bringing together the whole HoReCa ecosystem, with exhibits including commercial kitchen equipment, machinery, hospitality technology, furnishings and tableware, and a focus on bakery and confectionery equipment, ingredients and services.
The Coimbatore edition is held at CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex over three days at the start of July: 1 to 3 July 2022, 5 to 7 July 2023, 3 to 5 July 2024, 2 to 4 July 2025, and 1 to 3 July 2026. The 2021 edition, planned for 2 to 4 July 2021, was postponed. For 2026 the organiser listed 20,000 sq m of exhibition area and expected more than 30,000 business buyers, with hours of 10 AM to 6 PM on the first two days and 10 AM to 5 PM on the last.
Entry is for business visitors aged 18 and above, with registration. In 2026 students could enter only after 1 PM on the final day. The organiser has not published a 2027 date for Coimbatore; the only 2027 date on its site is a Bengaluru edition.
