  2. One of the worst show ever seen in my life. First there were no flowers to see. 100 rupees entry fee and another 100 for car parking was nothing but looting innocent visitors. There hoards if advertising and rotary club function…not to speak if absolutely no security inside and miscreants spoiling whatever decoration that existed

  3. Summer is a very wrong time to organize a flower show. I visited the show on the 25th of February and I was really surprised to see just a few flower arrangements here and there where the flowers were totally lifeless. The event was only highlighting the various stalls of electric vehicles and masala stall display. Water purifiers, and industrial pumps and machinery. A team from Isha were promoting themselves and the Maha shivaratri event.

This was more a commercial even than a flower show.

People had no clue where they were headed and with not much options for entertainment in Coimbatore, half of the city was there and bumping into each other’s due to lack of clarity and direction.
The only place where there was one very rude person was standing to guide was at the entrance of the university gate. The parking was poorly managed. A 3 KM walk in the hot sun to and from the parking and an impossible walk inside the campus was not what the crowd was prepared for. Children and old citizens were exhausted and irritated with the crowd alike.
